Calyx Health is a doctor’s office exclusively for Medicare seniors. Our mission is to build the healthcare system that seniors deserve and the country urgently needs. Our flagship clinic blends hospitality and healthcare and has been designed to cater to the needs of an aging population—a singular focus on geriatric care, longer appointments, events, a modern and refreshing clinic, and more. Critical to this mission is delivering an experience that patients look forward to—which starts at reception.

We are looking for a vibrant, compassionate, and driven individual to join our Concierge team and help make a positive difference in our patients’ lives. The position is full-time and has tremendous growth potential as we plan to expand across the country. Responsibilities of the concierge team span sales, marketing, patient experience, administrative, and clinical. Beyond strong organizational and interpersonal skills, key characteristics of our ideal candidate include being a team player, the ability and desire to form meaningful relationships with seniors, learning and adapting quickly, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.


  • Welcome visitors warmly and ensure they are seated and comfortable

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect copays

  • Form meaningful relationships with each of our patients

  • Support the clinical team with general administrative tasks

  • Be the face of the organization and answer inquiries about the office and mission

  • Perform other general tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office

  • Be a strong contributor of new ideas and processes to improve office operations

skills & requirements:

  • Naturally have the patience and enthusiasm to work with seniors

  • A good listener with a warm and welcoming demeanor

  • Exceptional customer service skills, responding to customer needs and thinking quickly

  • Extraverted personality who can connect with people of different backgrounds and ages

  • Organized multitasker who can efficiently get things done

  • A team player not afraid to roll-up sleeves and wear many hats

  • Start-up mentality, a desire and ability to take initiative with minimal hand-holding

  • A unique ability to adapt and learn as we grow and expand

  • Hospitality experience preferred, but not required
