Mabel Introduces Streamlined Beneficiary Notification Letters™

CMS requires ACO REACHs to send Beneficiary Notification Letters to newly aligned members on a regular basis. Given additional guidance (see below) on handling undelivered mail, Mabel is introducing Streamlined Beneficiary Notification Letters™ to better leverage our technology platform capabilities and deliver clients the following benefits:

  • Automate the sending of the beneficiary notification letter to newly aligned members

  • Eliminate the need to manually scan and store returned mail envelopes by utilizing USPS Mail API-tracking to identify undelivered mail

  • Avoid printing and postage spend on undeliverable mail by performing CASS-Certified address verification checks on beneficiary addresses prior to sending

  • Significantly reduce the burden of manually contacting PCPs by identifying additional beneficiary addresses that may exist on the Mabel platform

  • For remaining addresses, Mabel simplifies the outreach process by identifying the corresponding PCPs

If you are an ACO REACH or MSSP (Medicare Shared Savings Program), please reach out to learn how Mabel can streamline your ACO operations.
